Energy Resources was able to implement the following measures leveraging incentive funding:

• LED lighting upgrade throughout terminals and surrounding buildings
• Hot/cold water heat exchanger replacement
• High efficiency condensing unit replacements
• Steam boiler replacement and steam trap repairs, ductless minisplit heat pumps
• High efficiency RTU replacements with DCV/Dual enthalpy control and high efficiency condensing boiler replacements
